WRIT 306 A: Tutoring Writing Across the Curriculum Block 9 (8:30-10:00 T/TH)

Although it is not a guaruntee, I got nominated for a position to work in the Writing Center next year.  Since it would be my first year tutoring, I need to take this course in the fall semesteras a requirment for the job.  Since Dr. McGlaun is still in the interview process, I have not yet heard back on whether or not I've got the job.  However, when I asked her about what I should do for registration, she strongly reccomended that I sign up for the course anyway just to be safe.  If I don't get the position, I can always drop.

CRWR 215 A: Creative Writing-Fiction Block 10 (10:10-11:40 T/TH)

While I haven't officially declared yet, my plan is to be a Creative Writing Major.  Obviously, it is a requirment for my prospective Major and I believe that I could learn a lot from this course.  At the same time, I have heard wonderful things about this class from friends who had taken it in the past.  Plus, I am familiar with the professor who teaches this specific block.

RHET 125 A: Texts, Rhetoric, and Media Block 3 (10:50-11:50 M/W/F)

Again, this course is a requirement for my prospective Major.  Instead of taking my INQ 250 or my HHP this coming semester, I'd rather take two courses that are required for my Major so that I can fill up time for my coming semseters so that I do not have to stack them all on top of eachother.  Also, I bevlieve that I could learn a lot about writig with this course.

INQ 240 B4: Here's to Your Health Block  (4:00-5:30 T/TH)

I'll be honest, I'm really really bad at math.  However, if I must take one, a Statistics-esc course that is based on the media and health care may be my best option.  When math is applicable to real life situations, it becomes a bit easier for my non-math brain to understand.  Plus I do think that the concept and content of this course is rather intriguing.

SPAN 201 D: Intermediate Spanish Block (12:00-1:00 M/W/F)

This will be the last language course I'll have to take and then I'm done.  Foriegn Languages have never been my strong suit and I doubt they ever will be.  But nevertheless, it needs to be done.  While it may not be my favorite ubject, I'd rather get it done first semester without having to worry about how much I will have forgotten if I take it later.
