The next few years will be filled with penty of stuff:  you'll turn in more papers than you can count, go to lots of concerts, join clubs, start clubs, do volunteer work, get elected to this or that office. 

The purpose of this portion of your e-portfolio is to serve as a archive or log for all of these events, to keep track of them so that when you eventually start thinking about going to graduate school or getting a job, you'll have everything you need to put together a professional portfolio that you can show to potential employers.  (Plus, of course, sometimes it just feels good to look at everything you've accomplished!)
