DRAFT: This module has unpublished changes.

Here we have a copy of my very first Teaching Philosophy. I wrote this up in the beginning of 2014; focusing on different topics such as: Following your passions, encouraging students to try new things, and having each day present itself with new opportunities.

While there are still many truths to this, my teaching philosophy has changed a bit since then. I have gained a different perspective through my experiences as a teacher and have learned a lot about classroom management, different approaches to teaching, and just the everyday challenges that might arise within the classroom.

Regardless, it is still important to look back and reflect on your work, thoughts, and beliefs. A teaching philosophy should always be changing. So even though my philosophy may be different now, it only means I have learned more about teaching and am growing as an educator.
