Example from the Westside Elementary School Visit Day:

The following is an excerpt from the packet of directions I produced for the Westside Elementary School Visit Day. In this packet I communicated directly to the student volunteers instructions pertaining to their specific jobs and responsibilities. In this particular example, I communicated with the lunch volunteers; it was extremely important for me to be a good communicator so the volunteers could keep the lunch lines moving as this was the busiest part of the day. By writing these instructions, and communicating orally at a meeting with the volunteers, I was able to ensure the day ran smoothly.
