Example from my class: 

 

The link below is to a scope and sequence chart I developed for my final Differentiated Social Studies Unite Project. In this scope and sequence chart, I included the unit goals (listed at the top) and then described lesson objectives in the spaces below which supported each unit goal. By the end of the unit, the students in the example class would have experienced at least two lessons discussing each goal, with the largest goal including four or five supporting lessons. It was extremely effective to lay out the unit plan in this way, so I could ensure I was aligning my lessons and objectives with the unit goals each day, and I could keep track of my progress easily. 

 

Though this was a mock unit, I feel I could easily implement it into a real, upper elementary or sixth grade, classroom.
