Example from my internship: 

During my internship I taught a science lab testing the variables of paper airplane flights. I realized after the first day the lesson was too unstructured with not enough prior modeling, so I revised it for the second day to include more structure, directions, and specific examples. This worked much better and the experiment was ultimately a success; this show my ability to revise my lessons based on my self-analysis and evaluation. 

Below is a link to the work packet I handed out with the experiment. It shows how complicated the lab was, and therefore how important it was for me to include modeling and specific instructions. I realized this necessity after the first day!
